Detailed description of chiropractic and custom orthotics fees Current fees as of November 1st, 2023 New Patient Assessment - $110 (up to 60 min) Extended Chiropractic Treatment - $75 (typically 20-30 min) Standard Chiropractic Treatment - $55 (typically 10-15 min) Standalone Acupuncture Treatment - $75 (typically 15-30 min) Custom Foot Orthotics - $525 (Premium upgrades available for additional fee) Please note that complex cases or appointments relating to 3rd party insurance programs (WSIB, Motor Vehicle Accidents, etc) may be billed differently. Billing and Payment Policy To better serve our patients, we are using the Stripe Online Payment system. After your appointment our staff will direct bill your insurance if you've provided us with your direct billing information. If we have not direct billed your appointment, or if there's a co-pay amount owing, you will receive an email with your remaining balance. The email will contain a link to make an online payment, as well as other payment options that you can use. Invoices should be received by email within 24 hours of your appointment. We also accept cash, debit, and credit at the clinic, for people preferring to pay in person. Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations Missed, cancelled, and rescheduled appointments must be done with 24 hours notice to ensure there will be no missed appointment fee. Missed appointment fees are $25 for a first occurrence, and the full appointment fee for two or more occurrences.
