Empowering Your Movement to a Better Life Dealing with neck pain, back pain, or the complexities of chronic pain can be frustrating, often interrupting vital aspects of life like sleep, work, and quality time with family. My commitment is to partner with you, offering precise up to date solutions so that together we can achieve your best health outcomes and restore your movement to a better life. I utilize advanced techniques—including functional dry needling, spinal and joint manipulation, and various soft tissue therapies—to effectively manage musculoskeletal injuries and persistent pain. My primary focus is on restoring your function, confidence, and comfort, ensuring a swift return to the activities you enjoy most. This patient-centered approach is grounded in over twenty years of clinical experience. My professional journey has spanned six countries, providing a rich, global perspective on clinical excellence that I am proud to bring back home to the Ottawa community. As a seasoned Chiropractor, Clinical Supervisor, and Lecturer, I ensure your personalized care integrates the latest academic research with international clinical insights. I look forward to collaborating with you on your journey to lasting health.

I was born and raised in Orleans and I am excited to be able to build a practice in my home community. I grew up playing competitive soccer and hockey, which led to a special interest in sport injury prevention and rehabilitation as well as concussion management. I received an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa before attending the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. While attending CMCC I became certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture as well as Neurofunctional Biomechanics. I became a chiropractor to help injured patients with manual medicines. A typical appointment with me lasts 15-30 minutes and can consist of acupuncture, soft tissue release, joint manipulations and lots of advice/education. I have always been fascinated by how the body is able to move, function and heal itself. My chiropractic education allows me to help the people in my community achieve their health goals. I aim to empower my patients by treating the cause of their symptoms and dysfunctions as well as providing self-help education to prevent future occurrences.

Dr. Wu's passion for movement and rehabilitation began through a lifelong interest in sports, exercise, and understanding how the body adapts, recovers, and performs. As his understanding of rehabilitation grew, he became fascinated by how the right combination of treatment, exercise, and education could help people not only recover from injury but return stronger than before. That passion led him to complete undergraduate degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology at the University of Winnipeg, followed by a Master of Professional Kinesiology at the University of Toronto. During his training, he realized he wanted to play a more active role in helping people recover, not only by understanding movement, but by assessing, diagnosing, treating, and guiding patients throughout their rehabilitation. This led him to pursue a Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where he combined his passion for rehabilitation, movement science, and hands on patient care.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Wu enjoys staying active through basketball, golf, and strength training,

exploring new technology, and spending time with his American Bulldog, Kala.
